Heartbricks couple

Shipping took a long time. My picture was of USA athletes and the uniform is obviously red, white and blue, but the figure came with purple uniform and the male in Pic has prosthetics so I figured they would make figure that way. They are obviously not Lego brand, but Lego has running blade options. They are cute HeartBricks apparently does not customize so not worth the cost in my opinion

My tracking hasnt updated?

External tracking websites may not show updates until the package arrives in your destination country. For the most accurate and up-to-date tracking information throughout the package's entire journey, please use our Track Your Order page by entering your tracking number. Our system provides more precise updates.

How long does it take to ship?

After placing an order, you have a 24-hour window to request a cancellation. Once this period has passed, it takes up to 5 days to produce your HeartBricks set, followed by another 1 - 2 days to prepare your order for shipment.

My tracking is stuck on label created?

If your tracking number only shows "Label Created," try entering it on our website's Track Your Order page for a more detailed update on its status. If no additional information appears, this typically means the tracking will update once the package arrives in your home country, which may take a few days after its departure.

Why isn't my tracking information updating?

We use last-mile tracking numbers for all orders. This means your package will be tracked through the international courier until it enters the local courier system in your country. Once it’s in the local system, tracking updates will be reflected there.

Can i add pets to the photo?

Yes, you can add pets to your HeartBricks! Simply upload your image as usual and count each pet as one person. For example, if your photo includes 1 pet and 1 person, select a total of 2 people.

Can i use a photo with just a face?

We recommend using high-quality, well-lit photos that clearly show your full body. This helps our team ensure your set is crafted with exceptional attention to detail.
